On a Friday or a Saturday, seven listed bars are still open past 03:00:

Two of the latest rooms in the city share this street: ace at number 5 and Mimosa at number 8. ace is a small Georgian bar where the DJ takes requests and the regulars dance; it opens at 20:00 and closes at 04:00 every night. Mimosa keeps the same 20:00 start and runs to 04:00 from Monday to Friday, 06:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Wine Factory N1
Wine Factory N1, at 1 Vasil Petriashvili St, is a 19th-century winery financed by the philanthropist David Sarajishvili, and bars now run around its yard. Kikodze serves coffee and brunch from 09:00, then cocktails on its own infused spirits until 04:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, 01:00 the rest of the week. Candy builds its card on gin and serves food at the bar, and it stays open until 03:30 on Fridays and Saturdays, 02:00 on other nights.

Some Vera rooms suit the first half of the night. Lolita, on Tamar Chovelidze Street near Stamba, pours cocktails in a courtyard with an open kitchen until 02:00 every day. Warehouse, the natural-wine bar inside Stamba with more than 400 labels, closes at 01:00.

What's open late at Tsekhi on Queen Tamar Avenue?
Three bars share the Tsekhi building at 18 Queen Tamar Ave, where Didube meets Chugureti. Riser runs latest: 04:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, 02:00 on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and closed on Monday and Tuesday. Weekdays bring live music evenings, and Fridays are loud.
Aivani, a cocktail bar under factory beams with a DJ in the corner, opens Friday to Sunday from 19:00 to 03:00. Drunk Poets Society, with books on the shelves and live music and stand-up on some nights, keeps the same 19:00 to 03:00 hours from Tuesday to Sunday.
Also in Chugureti, Shot Bar (3 Egnate Ninoshvili St) is built around the shot glass: three kinds of chacha, 38 cocktails and hookah. It closes at 04:00 from Friday to Sunday and at 03:00 from Monday to Thursday.
