Terms of Use

1. 01The service

   Rorame lists bars, clubs and events in Tbilisi, and lets venues run guest lists: you apply, the venue decides, and an approved request becomes a pass you show at the door. By using Rorame you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. 02Listings

   We try to keep opening hours, events and prices accurate, but venues change them without telling us. Check with the venue before you make plans that depend on them.

3. 03Your account

   You must be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you're responsible for what's done with your account.

4. 04Guest lists and passes

   Give true details. Don't apply using someone else's name, photo, personal number or phone number.

   A pass is personal and can't be transferred. It works only for the person in the photo.

   The venue decides who gets on its list and who comes in. It can decline a request, withdraw a pass, or turn someone away at the door, and a pass doesn't guarantee entry. Rorame doesn't make these decisions and can't overturn them.

5. 05Venues and their staff

   If you use Rorame for a venue, you may use guest-list data only to decide on and check admission. You may contact guests about your events and offers only if they follow you, and must stop when they unfollow. Don't share guests' data with anyone else. Keep your staff list current and remove people who leave.

   You're responsible for your own door policy and for following Georgian law, including laws on age and discrimination.

6. 06What's not allowed

   Don't fake, copy or tamper with passes; scrape the site; try to access data that isn't yours; or disrupt the service. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.

7. 07Our responsibility

   Rorame is provided as it is. To the extent Georgian law allows, we aren't liable for a venue's decisions, for events that change or are cancelled, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't let us exclude.

8. 08Ending

   You can stop using Rorame and delete your account at any time under Passes. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms.

9. 09Changes and law

   We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email account holders before significant changes take effect. Georgian law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi.
